Great excitement for me, folks, and all part of historical research for Tanglewood II. By the way, there will be a new title for Tanglewood Plantation when the time comes, but for now I refer to it as Tanglewood II.
This week we will travel the 10,000 Islands of the Everglades on a private skiff. Not only is this a fabulous photo opportunity, but also will give me the feel for what life was like for the homesteaders who lived on many of those islands at the end of the 19th and early 20th centuries. Weather looks good, the camera batteries are charged, the mind is totally psyched, eyeballs focused; gators, take your places!
